Exchange & Return Policy

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product carefully in the presence of the delivery representative at the time of delivery. Once the product has been received and accepted, no claims regarding external damage, breakage, shortage, or incorrect item will be entertained.

If any major manufacturing defect or functional issue is identified, the customer must notify MotoZen Customer Support within a maximum of 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery. Claims made after the specified timeframe will not be considered under any circumstances.

The following conditions are mandatory for exchange eligibility:

  1. The product must remain completely new, unused, and in original condition.
  2. The original packaging, seal, labels, and all accompanying materials must be intact and undamaged.
  3. Any product that has been partially or fully used, physically damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer shall not qualify for return or exchange.

MotoZen reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before approving any exchange request. Refunds are not applicable; only product exchanges will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

This policy applies to all purchases made from MotoZen. The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
